Spent the afternoon yesterday with this super sweet couple for their engagement photos. I will be photographing their wedding in July at this same location. I'm super excited... this property at her parents house is amazing.
It was cute to see their nervousness and not knowing what to expect. Guys, I hope I made you feel at ease. Can't wait for the wedding. (Hailey, you should consider that canoe on the pond...it would make for some AMAZING wedding photos at sunset)

I've been photographing and helping a local cake business...Topping The Cake for the last year or so. Her work is amazing and delicious. Babies and more babies. I have to say as a Mama it's hard to photograph newborns sometimes b/c it makes you miss this soo much and makes you realize how quickly they grow.

What a beautiful little guy! Hard to believe he just turned 1. Big boy. This was supposed to be a full family outdoor session but the weather did not want us out there. So just to capture the little man before he starts walking we did a mini indoor session. Mr. serious he was. Couldn't get him to smile for anything. Still, I love the serious expressions on kids. Especially kids with eyes like these.
